Entre os anos de 2011 e 2023, 49 mil mulheres foram assassinadas no Brasil � sendo que, s� em 2023, o Minist�rio da Sa�de registrou 3.858 homic�dios. � o que aponta o Atlas da Viol�ncia 2023, divulgado nesta ter�a-feira (5) pelo F�rum Brasileiro de Seguran�a P�blica (FBSP) e o Instituto de Pesquisa Econ�mica Aplicada (Ipea). O levantamento refor�a que 67,4% das v�timas s�o mulheres negras (pretas e pardas), e demonstra que elas t�m 1,8 mais riscos de sofrerem homic�dio, se comparado com as mulheres n�o negras (no relat�rio, inclui brancas, amarelas e ind�genas).
O novo Atlas tamb�m busca jogar luz sobre o aumento do �ndice de assassinato de mulheres em meio a pandemia de covid-19: entre 2023 e 2023, per�odo mais cr�tico, foram 7.691 assassinadas. O per�odo pand�mico intensificou os �ndices por reduzir acesso a servi�os de apoio, aumentar tempo de conviv�ncia da v�tima com agressor e diminuir autonomia financeira.
Outras duas hip�teses envolvem a gest�o do governo Bolsonaro: a redu��o em 94% da proposta or�ament�ria de combate � viol�ncia de g�nero, calculada pelo Instituto de Estudos Socioecon�micos (Inesc), e o incentivo do ex-presidente ao radicalismo pol�tico, "com o recrudescimento do conservadorismo, que refor�a os valores do patriarcado�, podem ter contribu�do para essa eleva��o.
De acordo com o relat�rio, enquanto a taxa geral de homic�dios caiu 4,8% entre os dois anos, o homic�dio de mulheres registrou crescimento de 0,3%, confirmando uma tend�ncia de crescimento da viol�ncia letal contra mulheres apontada em 2023.
Subnotifica��o
O relat�rio aponta ainda que, por mais que os dados existam, os �ndices de subnotifica��o e de desconhecimento sobre viol�ncia de g�nero no Brasil continuam altos: a taxa de homic�dios de mulheres estimada � 0,7 ponto percentual maior do que a taxa de homic�dio de mulheres realmente registrada.
Portanto, o Atlas aponta que o total das mortes violentas �, na verdade, de 4.603 mulheres assassinadas; ou seja, 745 a mais do que o registrado oficialmente, mas que foram computadas de maneira incorreta.
"Nunca houve interesse dos governos em produzir, no plano nacional, uma pesquisa domiciliar com metodologia robusta, com amostragem aleat�ria e os necess�rios requisitos metodol�gicos para que as entrevistadas pudessem reportar verdadeiramente os fatos sobre esse tema t�o delicado. Assim, o Estado termina enxergando apenas uma pequena parte do iceberg da viol�ncia contra a mulher no Brasil", destaca o relat�rio.
Mulheres negras s�o as principais v�timas
A taxa de assassinato de mulheres negras � de aproximadamente 4,3 para cada 100 mil, 45% maior do que o �ndice de mulheres n�o negras, que fica entre 2,4 por 100 mil. Em estados como Rio Grande do Norte, Sergipe e Cear�, o risco de homic�dio � tr�s vezes maior para as mulheres negras.
O levantamento destaca que, entre 2023 e 2023, houve uma queda de 2,8% do assassinato de mulheres n�o negras, enquanto que, para as mulheres negras, foi registrado aumento de 0,5%. Assassinatos de mulheres em estados brasileiros
Entre 2023 e 2023, 14 estados brasileiras tiveram crescimento na taxa de assassinato de mulheres, sendo Amazonas o que mais registrou aumento (48,2%). O estado � seguido por Piau� (27,7%) e Esp�rito Santo (22,7%).
Mesmo com uma redu��o de 41%, Roraima continua sendo a unidade federativa que mais registra homic�dio de mulheres: em 2023, registrou uma taxa de 7,4 mulheres mortas a cada 100 mil, seguido de Cear� (7,1) e Acre (6,4).

FIFA has fined Senegal's football federation �143,000 for disgraceful fan behaviour
after dozens of green lasers were beamed into the face of Egypt's Mohamed Salah as he
prepared to take a spot kick during a penalty shootout.
The star was targeted in the
World Cup qualifier at the Diamniadio Olympic Stadium outside Dakar, the capital of
Senegal, on March 29, following a 1-1 draw between the two countries, over two
legs.
Unsurprisingly, the Liverpool forward blasted his kick over the bar with TV
pictures revealing his face illuminated by vivid green light. Salah's club team mate,
Sadio Mane, put Senegal through to the World Cup finals in Qatar, when he tucked away
his kick.
Senegal Football Federation has been fined by FIFA after lasers targeted
Egyptian players
Mohamed Salah and his Egypt team-mates had lasers shone in their faces
against Senegal
Bitter recriminations followed the game, with the Egyptian Football
Association claiming its players were the victims of racist abuse, bombarded with
bottles and stones and also targeted by lasers throughout the match, which was watched
by a raucous crowd of 50,000 people.
FIFA has now said its disciplinary committee has
investigated the lasers, a pitch invasion by Senegal fans, an offensive banner and the
national federation's 'failure to ensure that law and order are maintained in the
stadium'.
As well as the fine, Senegal was also ordered to play a future competitive
game in an empty stadium.
Security guards had to cover Salah's head and bat away
objects as they quickly whisked him away to the dressing room to safety after the match
ended with Senegal going through
All of which will be of little consolation to Egypt,
who claimed they were targeted by thugs throughout the second leg of the play-off.
The
Egyptians said their team bus was attacked on the way to the stadium, which is about 20
miles from the capital.
Egypt said its players were abused and pelted with missiles
during the warm up and again as they left the pitch at full time, with security guards
having to protect Salah.
During play, the green light of the laser pens could be seen
shining on the players' faces and shirts.
Senegal levelled the tie on the night through
an own goal before winning it on penalties
The first leg of the fixture ended 1-0 to
Egypt, but the Pharaohs suffered a setback inside four minutes of the second leg, when
Hamdi Fathi scored an own goal to level the tie.
After an end-end encounter, Mane
settled the shootout, which Senegal won 3-1.
It was a double blow for Egypt, who had
suffered the heart break of a penalty shootout defeat to Senegal only weeks earlier in
the African Cup of Nations, staged in Cameroon.
The FIFA disciplinary panel also judged
dozens of similar cases from World Cup qualifying games played since January and handed
out more fines and stadium bans
Nigeria were punished with a �125,000 fine and a
one-game stadium closure after fans invaded the pitch in Abuja after the Super Eagles
were eliminated at home by Ghana in their playoff.
